Shipping Policy

Domestic orders will be Shipped via Malcolm Fontier's carrier of choice.

International orders will be shipped the most cost effective method by a carrier of Malcolm Fontier's choice. Fees for international orders do not include additional taxes, duties and brokerage fees. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges (including returns and exchanges), taxes, duties and fees levied by their country. Return / Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days of receipt and will be credited to original credit card used, excluding shipping and handling. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returns and Exchanges must be in original packaging with the original receipt. All clearance sales are final - no returns, refunds or credits.

Please include your contact information and a brief note explaining the reason for Return / Exchange. All packages must be pre-paid, COD will not be accepted. Please return items purchased at a retail store to the retailer, only web-orders can be returned through Malcolm Fontier Online.
